SHIPPING + RETURNS.

Shipping.

  • Every order ships carbon-neutral in the smallest + lightest (yet most protective) packaging possible in an effort to minimize our carbon footprint. We ship domestically + internationally via Sendle’s network of carriers. (Sendle is a Certified B + fully carbon-neutral delivery service.)

  • U.S.

    Imago customers enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders!

    International

    All international orders ship for a flat-rate fee of USD$15.00. Additional imports or customs taxes vary by country + are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All orders are diligently packed + shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. (We want to get your goodies over to you as quickly as possible!)

    Orders are not shipped on weekends or during U.S. national holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be promptly shipped the next business day.

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after the order ships. International orders typically arrive within 15-20 business days after the order ships.

    Delivery times are dependent on distance + on the delivery option you select at checkout.

    We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a link to track its progress.

    Keep in mind that it can sometimes take a few hours or a few days for the exact location of your order to be updated + reflected in the system.

  • International customers are fully responsible for the cost of customs or import duties (if any) as defined by your country’s customs office.

    Since these costs vary from country to country, Imago cannot know these costs in advance, and does not take responsibility for customs or import duties charges. Failure by the customer to pay the required customs charges upon receipt of the package will result in an order cancellation, and the order will be refunded (minus shipping costs + a 10% restocking fee).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter the order’s delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are unable to be delivered, nor for orders placed using an incorrect delivery address. Undeliverable orders will be refunded (minus shipping costs + a 10% restocking fee) once we have received + processed the returned parcel.

Returns + Exchanges.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer easy returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. You can exchange your product for store credit (FREE!) or return it for a refund to the original payment method (minus a $10.00 restocking fee).

Kindly note the following exceptions to our return + refund policy:

  • Discounted or sale items are final + cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must be returned in original condition + have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Returns initiated after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse by the customer, or returns for damaged/incorrect items reported more than three (3) days after receipt.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Fill out our Returns Form or reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  • Safely pack up your item(s) in the original packaging, + send all items back to us using the label provided.

Return shipping costs.

  • If you choose to return an item for store credit, return shipping is on us—a.k.a. FREE for you!

  • If you prefer to receive a refund to your original payment method (we totally get it), we will deduct a flat rate of $10.00 from your refund amount to cover the return shipping costs + restocking expenses.

Processing times + next steps.

  • Depending on your location, it can take 3-20 business days for your return to make its way back to us. We appreciate your patience during this time!

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 72 hours of receipt to ensure it meets the conditions outlined earlier (items are in original condition + packaging).

  • Store credit — If your exchange for store credit is accepted, we will immediately send you an email with an e-Gift Card in the original order amount. This credit does not expire + can be used on any future purchase at imagoforall.com.

  • Refund — If your return is accepted for a refund, we will immediately process the original order amount (minus the $10.00 restocking fee) back to the payment method you used when you placed the order. You will receive an email confirmation once we have processed the refund on our end. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it can then take up to 10 business days for the balance to be reflected in your account.

Damaged/incorrect orders.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please initiate a FREE return within three (3) days of receipt following the steps below:

  • Fill out the Returns Form + choose “Received damaged/incorrect order” as the reason for return.

  • Briefly describe the issue in the “Damaged/incorrect order details” field. We may request photos of the damage/error by email once we receive your Returns Form to help us process your request.

  • Choose between a speedy replacement of the same item (at no additional cost to you) or a full refund.

  • Print the complimentary return shipping label that you will receive by email, pack up your item(s) in the original packaging, + send the parcel back to us using the label provided.

International returns.

At this time, we are unable to offer complimentary exchanges for store credit on international orders. International customers may choose to return their order at their own cost + using their preferred shipping method. To initiate an international return, please complete the Returns Form within 14 days of receiving the order; we will get back to you with next steps within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs (including the original cost of shipping) are non-refundable for international orders.
